and west virginia, it's banned until further notice. what contributes to that is dry air, 11% humidity, and the wind. 25-mile per hour winds at national. 19 at andrews. 29 up in martinsburg and 28 in winchester. still a little bit gusty with the wind. they'll settle down a little bit. look at the relative humidity. it's up to 12% now. 15% in manassas and 17% at andrews. i mean that is some kind of drive for us. tonight, clear skies, breezy, and cooler. turn off the ac, open the windows. i wouldn't open the windows too far, though, or too much in the suburbs. low 50s tonight. low 60s downtown and winds calm down to a reasonable northwest 10 to 15. lows tonight inside the beltway, very comfortable. low to mid 60s and then 50s in college park. mid 50s in bowie. up to the north, 55 in reston and 53 in leesburg. tomorrow morning, mostly sunny, breezy and cool. 50s and 60s to start. and by afternoon, mostly sunny, breezy. spectacular. highs near 80 and winds northwesterly. next seven days, 79 tomorrow. breezy and spectacular. upper 70s on friday. low 80s on saturday. thank you for the e-mail
